1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EquiMarket (equimarket9906.builtwithrocket.new), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

EquiMarket is an online marketplace operated by HR Business Consulting that connects horse buyers, sellers, breeders, and equestrian equipment vendors. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must: provide accurate and truthful descriptions of horses and equipment, hold valid ownership or authorization to sell, disclose all known health issues and defects, comply with applicable laws regarding horse sales, and not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must: conduct appropriate due diligence before purchasing, arrange independent veterinary inspections for high-value purchases, comply with all applicable laws regarding horse ownership and transport, and not engage in fraudulent payment practices.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: post false or misleading listings, use the platform for illegal activities, harass or abuse other users, attempt to circumvent our fee structure, scrape or copy platform data, or impersonate other users or EquiMarket staff.

7. Fees and Payments

Basic listings are free. Premium promotion packages and featured listings are charged as displayed. We charge a 3% commission on completed horse sales facilitated through our platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

EquiMarket is not liable for: the accuracy of listings, the condition of horses sold, disputes between buyers and sellers, losses arising from transactions, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, contact our support team. We offer mediation services for disputes involving transactions over $1,000. German law governs these terms, with jurisdiction in Cologne courts.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
