Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with a purchase, we're here to help.

Saddle Shop & Equipment Returns

Most equipment items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at rana@hrbusinessconsulting.de with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly described.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: riding helmets that have been worn (for safety reasons), custom-fitted saddles and equipment, personalized or engraved items, horse feed supplements once opened, and digital products or downloads.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Horse Sale Refunds

Horse sales are complex transactions. Refunds for horse purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a horse was materially misrepresented (e.g., undisclosed health conditions, false competition history), contact us immediately. We strongly recommend independent vet checks before purchase.

Platform Fees

Listing fees and promotion packages are non-refundable once activated. If a technical error prevented your listing from going live, we will provide a full refund or credit. Commission fees on completed sales are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

How to Request a Refund

Email rana@hrbusinessconsulting.de with: your order number, reason for return, photos of the item (if defective), and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange). Our team will respond within 2 business days.
